Carter has been warming up very slowly to Avery. But he sat by me and let me help him hold her! That was a big step:)

Trouble!

Carter decided to color all over his walls with a blue crayon!!!!!

He scribbled on 3 of the 4 walls in his room....not just a little, A LOT!!!!

Bevin had Carter help him wipe the crayon off, which he did not like. He said it was too hard!

Isn't that nice! So glad it was crayon and it wiped off easy. I can only imagine if it was marker......and we are moving in 4 days!

Play Time!

Carter loves doing puzzles! He always says, "PUZZLE TIME!" While we were in Ogden Carter got lots of new puzzles from both Grandmas, and Great Grandma! And everyone was nice enough to spend some time doing puzzles with him!

These puzzles have 25 pieces and say age 3-7. I thought they would be way too hard for him to do by himself. But after a few times doing them with help, he can now do them without any help!
He does them at least a few times everyday. Sometimes on his own, sometimes we do them together. He is so proud of himself when he gets done!

While we were at my parents one night, Uncle Russ was playing video games on the computer and Carter sat right by him forever, just watching, mesmorized! He loves Uncle Russ! He always asks him to play ping pong and sometimes basketball!

My feet are sooooo swollen!!!! They were also swollen after I had Carter, but they are worse this time. My legs are also swollen:( But I think that my ankles are now bigger than my leg! They poof out over my heels! The picture does not show nearly how big they are. Hopefully they start going down soon! Besides that I feeling pretty good.

Carter brought his baby sister a pink little bunny! He was not too sure about her. He just wanted to sit by me on the bed:) At least he missed me!

Such a sweet little baby! We love her so much and are so happy to have her here with us!

Baby Room

Here is a little preview of the baby room. My mom came and helped get a lot done and put on all the polka dots, but I still have more to do. I was really bummed cause we can't paint, but I think that the dots and other decor have really brightened the room. I will get some more pics up later when the room is more complete:)

On Friday I came to Ogden and went to my Dr. appt. Everything looks great and is right on track. The Dr. said that baby is about 6 lbs. has chubby cheeks, and has hair! Yes hair! I didn't believe him. But he showed it to me on the ultrasound! Crazy. She has some hair! Yay! You can't see it in this pic, but I thought it was still a pretty clear pic of her. My next appt is this Friday so I will update again then!

Rub a Dub Dub!!!

Since I have not done a new post this year......I decided I better post something of Carter before the baby gets here and takes over:) Carter loves bath time and loves coloring with his new tub crayons! (Thanks RJ & Katie)

Carter started saying this recently. It is pretty funny, I love his voice! I don't know where he got it from. Probably some movie he has watched.

Carter's Christmas Pictures

I have not done a post recently and even I was getting sick at looking at those decorations! So thought I would put on Carter's Christmas pics. I was a slacker this year and did not take him anywhere. I wanted to take him outside and do pics but with the negative degree weather I decided he would not like that. So we had to settle on me taking a few pics in our house. Not the best pics ever, but at least he got some taken so I could send out a card.

Deck the Halls!!!!

I was so excited to put up the Christmas stuff this year, especially the tree! When we were first married we had an old tree of my moms. When we moved to Las Vegas we got rid of it and have not had one since. Last year after Christmas I convinced Bevin we needed to buy one. So this year I was so excited to get the tree up and put all the new decorations on it! After it was up only 2 days, more than half the lights went out!!!! So I was mad for a few days and then decided to just decorate it anyway and hopefully Bevin can work on it and figure something out.

I still have the cheap generic stockings cause I have not found ones that I like well enough to spend some $$$ on.

I had to post pics of the Christmas decor cause no one ever comes to my house and will ever see it. Merry Christmas!!!!!

HELP!!!!

Okay, so I know I still have a few months to decide, but I am having the hardest time choosing a name for our little baby girl! Bevin likes very few names and the ones he likes I am not so sure about now. I want something normal yet not to common. Which is hard. I want the name to be girly too. Ahhhhhh. If you have any suggestions please leave me a comment and also vote on the 3 names in the poll. Those are the only ones that Bev and I kinda agree on. Thanks!
