Summer of Sara!!!!!

That is what Bevin has declared this summer is. The Summer of Sara. Ha ha:) It has been a very packed and exciting summer. We have been on the go all summer. We have been to Logan and Ogden numerous times, all through Yellowstone, Bear Lake, camping in Flaming Gorge, and on and on. Bevin jokes that I will need the GPS to find my way back home:) I have millions of pictures and not enough time to put them up. But just so you know, we are having an awesome time! Let the Summer of Sara continue!!!!!!!

Crafty

I finally made some burp cloths!!!
My mom has made me a bunch for Avery and I always say I want to do my own, but it is just too easy to have my mom make them. So I took a bunch of stuff home with me and made these!!! They are so easy and I love the thick cloth diapers for all that spit up:)

BUZZ......

Carter got a Buzz haircut and a Buzz lightyear sleeping bag! He is one happy little camper:)
I was doing other haircuts and he wanted his cut so I thought a Buzz would be fun for the rest of summer. He got his Buzz sleeping bag because he is now potty trained!!!!! Yay:)

First dip in the pool!

A few weeks ago it finally warmed up so we headed to my parents for some pool time!

Avery finally got to wear her cute summer outfits!

Carter loved the pool! Gma got him his own little boat and lots of ohter fun toys:)

He was even brave enough to jump off the diving board and go down the slide!

Father's Day

Bevin's family came up to visit for the weekend! We did lots of fun stuff and had a great time:)

We did some fishing, sightseeing, ate at Lakeside Lodge, the boys went golfing, and had a yummy Father's Day dinner!

Avery 4 months!

My sweet little girls is 4 months old already!

She is such a good baby:)

She weighs 13 lbs. 4 oz. and is 23 1/2 inches long.

She is always smiling and cooing.

And she sleeps through the night!

We love her so much!!!!!!

The Fun Park

We took Carter to the Fun Park while we were in Logan. He liked playing the games even if we didn't put any coins in:) He also liked just putting the coins in and not really playing the games:)

Bevin got 100 tickets from this game! I think he had just as much fun as Carter.

Carter liked driving the car even though it was just on a demo:)

I think his favorite game was Ski Ball. I usually held his had to help him throw the ball hard enough to get it all the way up.

We combined everyones tickets and had 600 or so. Carter picked out a giant tennis ball. But what he really wanted the most were the little 5 ticket suckers! He must have had fun cause when we went to eat lunch after he fell asleep on my lap:)

Ok, this is not a smile, but I love when she has tummy time and sticks her tounge out!

I needed some gray tights to go with this cute dress and could not find any. So, my super talented mom bought white tights and gray dye, and Walahhh!

Avery is smiling lots now! Real smiles, not gas ones!

Avery just had her 2 month check-up. She weighs 11 lbs. and is 20 inches.

She is a happy, healthy baby. We are so lucky to have her!

Spring Storm

We went to Bear Lake and stayed at the cabin for a few days before we headed to Logan for the Easter weekend. Bevin came over for a day and was planning to golf until there was a huge snowstorm:( The rest of the time it was just the girls! (Except Pa and Carter) We had craft time and made a cute star for the 4th of July. They all turned out so cute and I can't believe I don't have a picture of any of them! While we were crafting Carter was busy wearing out Pa. He loved stealing his hat and running away to hide:)

My Aunt Mindy and cousins Aubree, Karlie, and Mandy were all there. And this is Mandy's little girl, Hallie Jo. She spent most of her time at the table eating. She loves food! I still can't get Carter to eat sometimes:(

We always play cards at Bear Lake. And of course Carter wanted to play too! So this is what he did with his cards:) And he had to have the whole deck, not just a few.

Grandma Myers brought Carter his Easter present early so that he would have some fun stuff to do at the cabin. She brought him some new books, a new Curious George movie, bubbles, candy, and a watercolor paint book.

Avery was all warm and cozy and enjoyed slepping!

Grandma Myers bought this cute little table for the kids to sit at. Carter and Hallie had fun sitting at it to paint.

I love going to the cabin and just hanging out with family. Can't wait to go again when it is nice and warm!
