Crazy Carter

Carter has been having lots of fun visiting family here in Logan.

He loves to jump on the trampoline at Gpa and Gma Cox's!

But I guess he got tired and he just sat down and started sucking his fingers, waiting for me to get him off:)

He is a stinker when it comes to taking pictures. I try to bribe him with candy but that barely works. This was his face when I asked him to smile nicely for the camera.

My friend gave Carter these awesome jammies that glow in the dark and I wanted to get his pic. He calls them his monster jammies so we told him to growl and make a scary face. This is it. It looks like the other face, in pain:)

Then he decided to attack Morgan. She was on the floor and Carter started jumping on her and trying to wrestle with her. He loves to wrestle and thought it was so funny to jump on her.

Fishing

It has been cold, rainy, and snowy. But that did not stop Bevin from going fishing last weekend. He was only gone a few hours and did not catch anything cause his line kept freezing. Duh! But he must really enjoy it to go out in this:)

Magnet Board

So this project was not near as hard as my last one. But I finally got it done. My mom got Carter this Magnet Board and I just spray painted it and put on a few vinyl stickers. Pretty simple. Now he will have a place to put pics of his favorite people:)

Halloween Craft

This was my craft project today. I thought it turned out pretty good so I had to post it:) My friend had bought one that was for the 4th of July and it was super cute. So we decided we could make our own. And taaadaaa! We are thinking we should make one for every holiday.

Yay! I really needed some more Halloween decor. My shelf was so bare. More crafts to come!

Life in Wyoming!

This is what I saw this morning when I looked outside. AHHHH! It is barely October. I am not ready for winter. What happened to fall? Crazy. So I turned on the fireplace, made some hot chocolate, and curled up on the couch under a blanket. I told Bevin that I want a Snuggli:)

But before the snow we enjoyed a fun summer. This was just 2 days ago. As I was driving back from Sallie's house about 20 antelope dashed in front of my car and pounced off toward the golf course. Carter was yelling, "Bambi"!

Bevin loves to go fishing and there is plenty of that here. This is a fish that one of his friends caught in the New Fork just right behind Sallie's place.

And this was a few months back when we went to the rodeo. There was a huge 3 day event with booths, a parade and the highlight, a rodeo.

So this had been our life in Wyoming so far. Not that bad. But I have a feeling it is going to be a long winter. So I will have to get a bit creative:)

The Dentist

Last month my whole family made a trip to Logan to see our dentist. No matter where I have lived I have always gone to Dr. Jensen. Never to another dentist. I actually love the dentist! It probably helps that I have not yet had a cavity. I say yet. But my teeth and gums suffer when I am pregnant so it's always nice to get a check-up. It was also Carter's first visit to the dentist. He did pretty good, no screaming or anything. He would open his mouth then close it as soon as Dr. Jensen got close. But it was good for him to get used to it.

Half Moon Lake

When Kami (Bevin's sister) came to visit us in Pinedale we went on this hike at Half Moon Lake. It was an awesome hike that follows around the lake with great views.

Carter loved the hike and had to climb and jump off every rock he saw. Bevin said "I can't believe a 2 year old walked as far as you guys." Carter was great.

Pinedale

This weekend Kami (Bevin's sister) came to Pinedale to visit us. We went to the park, on a hike, and of course watched lots of football. It was a fun weekend and I have lots more pics but blogger is not letting me upload. So here are a few from the park with more to come:)

It was such a beautiful day and and we had a great walk through the park. There was a wedding reception going on complete with DJ so we got to jam a bit also!

More Catching Up.....Hoagle Zoo!

We went to Hoagle Zoo with my parents back in July over the weekend of the 4th. It was Carter's first trip to the zoo and he loved it. His favs were the monkeys, elephants, and giraffes.

(Sorry this is from June. I am so behind!) I love going to Bear Lake. It has become a tradition in our family. My Nana and Pa began going long ago with the Vance family and we try to make it back to Bear Lake each year. This year we went in the end of June and it was a bit chilly. The water never really gets that warm, but this was too cold for me to even get in. We had a great time playing on the beach, boating, swimming in the pool, and of course eating lots! Bev was not able to make it due to work and we missed him and hope he will make it next year. Can't wait!

I've Lost My Husband!

I have lost my husband to football!:( It's all started. He has got his fantasy football team. He has informed me of the 3 games that will be on Saturday. Then there is Sunday Night Football, Monday Night Football, and usually a Thursday night game. He can't just like one team so he has to watch them all. College and NFL. I don't mind watching a game now and then but he has OFD. (Obsessive Football Disorder) I suggested that he tivo some of the games and he was appalled! That is not allowed! So for the next few months my husband will be gone!

Recap of Recent Events

Things have been pretty crazy this summer. We put our house up for sale and sold it in about 3 months:) Went on the usual summer vacations. Found out we are expecting our 2nd baby in Feb. My little brother came home from his mission. And we moved to Wyoming.

Here is the recap:

-Dr. told me he could tell now!!!!!

-Dr. said "It's a GIRL!!!!!!"

Home Sweet Home

So we are now residents of Pinedale, Wyoming. We moved into our new place about 2 weeks ago and are getting pretty settled. (The most important thing is we have cable and a new tv to watch it on! lol) I really want to post more but the internet on my computer is not working. As soon as it does I will be updating lots and adding lots of pics. Sorry no pics for now.

BIG BROTHER!!!!

A new post!

Ok, so it has been forever since I have updated! My family has been bugging me to post something new. So I figured since we will soon be moving to Pinedale that I should start updating again. We will be moving to Pinedale, WY in about 3 weeks(Aug. 8). Bevin has been working in Big Piney, WY for a year now and we decided it was time for us to all be together again and make the move up there. We are excited for our new adventure and the new experiences we will have. Stay tune for all of our exciting happenings from Pinedale!!!
